The Esplendor Resort, located at Rio Rico, Arizona, is the meeting venue. The resort offers a variety of conference facilities and amenities. Border Institute participants may reserve standard rooms at a government rate of $75.00 per night for single occupancy and $105.00 for double occupancy, plus applicable taxes of 6.5%. When reserving your room, mention the Border Institute X to receive the discounted rate. Most meals will be provided and payment is included in the conference registration fee. The venue is accessible via the Tucson International Airport. Shuttles and rental cars are available at the airport and prices vary.  The Esplendor is located just 40 minutes south of Tuscon, Arizona, or 20 minutes north of Nogales, Sonora, via Interstate 19.
